Mountain Dew Rebrand
This was a uni project where we had to chose a brand of any size and rebrand a range of their packaging and overall image. I chose Mountain Dew and just tried to be as fun and creative as possible to capture the audience imagination. Mountain Dews existing product lacks a universal appeal and only targets a specific target audience. I wanted to create a brand which would intrigue and really stand out from anything on the market of today. I wanted to create a brand logo which was elegant and simple but yet highly effective by creating a mountain by using the M&D which is a nice typographic approach. With that being the main element the background of this pack needed to be clean with a nice hint of what the flavour inside was on the tip of the mountain range tops.
